BREMAX GmbH can look back on a history spanning decades and today stands by your side as an international & competent partner in the world of parts cleaning. We manufacture parts cleaning systems for almost all industrial sectors in the aqueous and solvent areas.

2008
Die Geschichte rund um die Bremax GmbH startete im Jahr 2008, als unser heutiger Geschäftsführer die offene Stelle bei einem Unternehmen nähe Osnabrück in der Funktion als Vertriebsleiter Europa für Teilereinigungsmaschinen besetzte. Damals schon hatte man enge Verbindungen zur Firma iLSA nach Italien für Lösemittelanlagen, projektierte & baute jedoch Sonderanlagen am Standort in Melle selbst. 2012
In diesem Jahr gab es lieferantenseitig eine Änderung. Unser Geschäftsführer Christian Mahnken suchte eine neue Partnerschaft, um das Angebot für die Kunden zu erweitern und entschied sich für die damalige Cemastir Gruppe mit Sitz in Bologna. Cemastir hatte eine weitaus größere Fertigungstiefe; denn neben den Lösemittelanlagen entwickelte und baute Cemastir auch Teilereinigungsanlagen auf wässriger Basis ( Durchlaufanlagen, Rundtaktanlagen, Mehrkammer-Dippinganlagen, etc. ).
2016
Ja, die Geschäfte liefen nicht schlecht bei Cemastir. In den vergangenen Jahren wurden über den gesamten Globus Distributer aufgebaut, welche die Produkte von Cemastir international vertreiben. Außerdem hat Cemastir die kontinuierliche Präsenz an internationalen Leitmessen der Teilereinigung weiter fokussiert und konnte im Jahre 2016 der weltweiten Nachfrage am alten Standort nicht mehr gerecht werden.
Es gab nur eine logische Konsequenz um das Wachstum weiter auszubauen und die führte Cemastir im Januar 2017 in das etablierte Industriegebiet “Zola Predosa” in Bologna ( Italien ) in neue Geschäftsgebäude. Ein weiterer Meilenstein in der Geschichte war gesetzt.
2018
Ein weiterer Meilenstein in der Geschichte Cemastir´s vollzog sich im Dezember 2017: Gemeinsam mit der Cemastir Lavametalli srl. wurde mit unserem Geschäftsführer die Cemastir GmbH in Bremen gegründet.
Christian Mahnken konnte seit 2008 international durch zahlreiche Projekte sehr gute Erfahrungen sammeln, die er zukünftig als Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter bei der Cemastir GmbH ( jetzt BREMAX ) einbringen kann.
In addition to the company in Bremen, the business premises at Robert-Bosch-Str. 3 in Lohne have been open since January 2018. Parallel to the project planning and sale of parts cleaning machines and special systems, Cemastir GmbH will enter the contract degreasing sector as a service provider.

2020
Cemastir ist weiter auf Wachstumskurs. Mit der Übernahme der Firma FINEP aus der DOLLMAR Gruppe mit Sitz in Mailand sichern wir uns weitere Marktanteile in der industriellen Teilereinigung und können Ihnen ab sofort ein noch größeres Produktportfolio anbieten.
This represents a further development step that favours the expansion of the sales network, strengthens expertise in complementary systems and expands the product range with greater market penetration.
In strategic terms, this merger will enable us to consolidate our expertise and add further value to our products, sales and trading activities. Ultimately, however, our customers will benefit from receiving everything from a single source after thorough consultation.

2021
Validated processes and operations are extremely important for the growth and survival of a company in today's world. We are pleased to inform you that our production plant and headquarters of the CEMASTiR Group has successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
A further step in our quality management has thus been completed.

2024
Growth also happens when two strong partners join forces. This extensive planning between the Cemastir Group and iLSA-MC srl. started back in 2024.
This has numerous advantages for our customers:
All of our employees' expertise will not only be retained, but will also reach a whole new level of performance in close collaboration with our new colleagues from production, design and sales
The task was to preserve the good „old“ and to work openly and constructively on new techniques and products. We are also pooling our purchasing volumes in order to continue to offer our customers one of the best price/performance ratios on the market
We are also looking forward to welcoming many new colleagues to our sales team and to expanding our aftersales service network with numerous additional service technicians
In these turbulent times, we are setting sail together with the same goal: we will continue to offer our customers our high-quality products at fair and transparent conditions and are ideally positioned for the future as a service provider in terms of sales, service technicians, aftersales and contract cleaning.
2025
Our managing partner Christian Mahnken takes over the majority shareholding in the company and leads our company into the future on his own responsibility. This milestone in our company history marks a new chapter under a new flag. On 01.12.2025, Cemastir GmbH becomes Bremax GmbH.
