First delivery in 2025
We are reporting directly from the beautiful Black Forest in the new year.
We were able to deliver a unique, customised tunnel washer directly in the new year.
The customer, with limited space in production, was looking for a new „in-line“ cleaning machine to clean its precision linear guides. The requirements were:
- A degreasing zone
- One drying zone
- Oil skimmer on tank 1
- No vapours and steam in the production area
- Movable conveyor belt to quickly clear transport routes
We were able to convince our customer of our concept and so this unique tunnel washer was created.

Ultrasound
Ultrasonic cleaning is an effective method for thoroughly cleaning parts in a variety of industries, from medical to electronics manufacturing. This technique utilises high-frequency sound waves generated in liquid to loosen chips, oil and grease from component surfaces.
The effect of ultrasound in parts cleaning is based on the phenomenon of cavitation. When ultrasonic vibrations pass through the cleaning fluid, tiny vacuum bubbles are created which implode when they hit the surface of the parts to be cleaned. These implosions create intense pressure waves that loosen dirt particles from surfaces, even in hard-to-reach areas such as fine crevices and threads.
The areas of application are diverse. In the automotive industry, it is used to clean engine parts, injection nozzles and transmission components, while in the electronics industry, for example, it is used to clean circuit boards and electronic components. It is also used in medicine, for example for cleaning surgical instruments.
Overall, the effect of ultrasound in parts cleaning is impressive, as it enables thorough and gentle cleaning, which is essential in many industries.

L.UN.A. for heat pump systems
The signature on the pre-acceptance certificate is dry and the dispatch is being prepared. Our customer is one of the market leaders for heat pump systems in Germany and another L.UN.A. parts cleaning system will soon be contributing to the excellent cleaning of components for the energy transition.
The chamber dimensions for automation are: 2x 650 x 470 x H300 mm. The chamber is electrically polished to meet the high requirements. The automated system also has a hydraulic lifting table for ergonomic loading of the system baskets.

New L.UN.A. facility in Hamburg
Our modern parts cleaning system type L.UN.A. is also the right choice when it comes to maximum surface cleanliness, efficiency and safety within the hydrogen industry. Our customer Niezgodka GmbH has therefore decided to invest in a new L.UN.A. system for cleaning its sophisticated safety valves.
The fact that this was the right decision can now also be seen in the company's own promotional film.

It's done! Our new customer recently replaced its old PER system with a new L.UN.A. parts cleaning system to clean its heat exchangers for air conditioning systems for buses, construction and agricultural machinery, electric vehicles and rail vehicles. Our engineers worked on a complex process for swivelling and rotating the washing basket, including horizontal tilting. With success!
In addition, we found and applied for subsidies for the investment together with our financial partner.

Problems with supply chains
The numerous Covid lockdowns imposed in the People's Republic of China have left their mark on the international sea and air freight markets. While shipping congestion at the most important seaports in Asia has reached new records, the situation at the seaports in the United States and Europe has eased somewhat. However, this is unlikely to be the case in the foreseeable future. On the contrary, turbulence is currently building up in this area, which threatens to be the worst since the outbreak of the coronavirus crisis, as sea freight experts and analysts warn in unison. Added to this is the war on our doorstep in Ukraine.
We have already reacted and are in contact with manufacturers who offer alternatives to FESTO and SIEMENS, for example, in order to remain able to supply customers in urgent cases.

DEMOFABRIK Z-4
The question “What is Industry 4.0?" still gets different answers depending on who you ask.
The Demofabrik-Z4 is the first training centre for companies, vocational schools, universities, etc. in Germany, where participants can experience Industry 4.0 in theory and practice, from the blank through all production instances to the finished part.
In the Z4 demo factory, it will be possible to watch together with partner companies how a pinion shaft with a keyway can be produced automatically without human assistance. The aim is to show what happens when faults occur in the process and how these can be rectified automatically without human assistance. In addition, an integrated production process will be demonstrated, with which production is possible with the smallest batch sizes thanks to the networked co-operation of all machines. Visitors to the demo factory can look forward to a theoretical, practical and analytical section.

Every manufactured product requires maintenance and care in order to achieve the desired performance in the long term. This applies all the more to parts cleaning systems, as production downtimes often immediately lead to disruptions in the entire production operation.

In the heart of the Sauerland region, our next customer is delighted with a brand new L.UN.A. system, designed as a top loader. From now on, our customer will be able to clean components measuring 2,000 x 500 x H800 mm excellently in perchloroethylene and dry them extremely quickly to 100% using an interplay of vacuum and circulating air drying as part of its contract cleaning activities.

Multibath system delivered
CEMASTiR delivers the next system in the second month of this year. This is a multi-bath dipping system including special goods/basket carriers, specially customised to the customer's requirements. Our customer achieves excellent cleaning results fully automatically with cycle times of < 5 min thanks to the multi-stage cleaning technology, which includes several ultrasonic treatments and rinsing with demineralised water in addition to degreasing and drying.

...is the motto for our next customer from the Netherlands. A brand new L.UN.A. system including fully automatic feeding was successfully put into operation this week.

ATR 1200V delivered
It is always exciting for us to see how the development of a new parts cleaning system progresses from the start of the first layout drawing to production and commissioning. In this project, the automatic loading was a real challenge, but our employees mastered it to the customer's complete satisfaction.
This is an aqueous-based parts cleaning system including vacuum drying and an automatic loading system with a total capacity of 32 system baskets, while 8 baskets are cleaned and dried at the same time. The customer was previously only able to clean 2 system baskets at the same time, which meant that the output more than doubled with the new degreasing system.

New solvent system delivered
Even though we are currently facing a challenging time due to the ongoing pandemic, we are pleased to announce the next delivery of a new solvent system based on mod. Alcohols incl. fully automatic loading and unloading with a capacity of 32 system baskets.
Our CSK 200V system with double distillation process now ensures „brilliant results“ in the power tool industry and excellently cleans 4 system baskets simultaneously in a cycle time of just 10 minutes.

On course for growth
We are pleased to inform you that Cemastir is continuing to grow. With the acquisition of FINEP from the DOLLMAR Group based in Milan, we have secured further market share in industrial parts cleaning and can now offer you an even larger product portfolio.
This represents a further development step that favours the expansion of the sales network, strengthens expertise in complementary systems and expands the product range with greater market penetration.
From a strategic point of view, this merger will enable us to consolidate our expertise and add further value to our products, sales and trading activities. At the end of the day, however, it is our customers who will benefit, receiving everything from a single source after thorough consultation.

Airblast XL system
As already reported, we also deal with special solutions in addition to classic parts cleaning. Another Air-Blast system has now left our production halls. This is the largest and most powerful system in our product range to date. If you also want to pre-clean heavily oiled components „in-line“ directly after the production process, we have just the right thing for you.
The advantages are obvious:
- Oil, emulsion and swarf can be removed up to approx. 95 %
- Recovery of used media (oils, cooling lubricants, etc.)
- Minimal footprint
- Can be integrated into existing „in-line“ processes
- Feeding via conveyor belt or robot possible
- Reduction in subsequent cleaning costs, as carry-over is minimised

In-line machine for Shanghai
We received a major order from the automotive sector in Shanghai right at the beginning of the year. In addition to the required cycle time of just 1.5 sec/component, the realisation schedule was also a challenge. Just 6 months later, a special inline cleaning system and the complete associated water treatment system were delivered to the customer.
Many thanks at this point also to the team from H2O for smooth cooperation. CEMASTiR thus continuously ensures a warm feeling of well-being on cold days in electric vehicles ( e-mobility ).

3 Air-Blast systems delivered
In the field of parts cleaning, in addition to classic „cleaning“, we also deal with blow-off solutions, e.g. when components are contaminated with oils or cooling lubricants and chips directly from machining „in-line“. Expansion of contract cleaning
In order to meet the increasing demand in the field of contract cleaning, we have expanded our machinery with another solvent system based on modified alcohols. The reason for this is our desire to continue processing our customers' orders as quickly as possible. The new KWL machine includes the following cleaning options:
- Degreasing with mod. Alcohol in spray, dip & pressure flooding process
- Fine filtration
- Vapour degreasing under vacuum
- Ultrasound
- Vacuum drying

Commissioning
The CEMASTiR team has installed another solvent-based parts cleaning system at a North German fittings manufacturer near Hamburg.
The CS 1000 V was recently completed, including the sophisticated automation tailor-made installed and commissioned at the customer's premises. From now on, our customer is able to sell the special valves up to DN 400 in the oxygen range, which gives him a unique competitive advantage. In the new system, he has also opted for fine filtration, ultrasonic technology and an online remote maintenance module to further improve cleaning performance and system availability.

Commissioning
CEMASTiR has delivered & commissioned a further parts cleaning system based on mod. Alcohols delivered & put into operation. The new solvent system with a large working chamber with a total filling volume of 2,700 litres now ensures the best cleaning results for our customer near Leipzig and, thanks to 2 vacuum pumps, rapid drying times.

Commissioning
Team Germany from Cemastir delivered the first systems in July. These include a fully equipped SK 25 system, which now ensures perfect cleaning results in the laser industry in Mainz.
In addition, we were able to advise our customer on a new mod. alcohol, which now delivers better cleaning results and is also cheaper to buy.
